Project Overview: Ongoing Website Support
Liliya first reached out looking to add a new service page to better support her Google Ads strategy and expand her reach through a blog. We started with the essentials—building an Autism Testing page and launching a monthly blog with two SEO-optimized, mid-length posts focused on education, resources, and community support.
As her team grew, so did the site. We updated the About page to reflect a growing group practice and added individual bio pages to highlight each clinician’s unique expertise. With increased demand for location-targeted ads and stronger local SEO, we added two office/location pages to help potential clients find them more easily.
When Webb Psychological Services expanded into therapy services, we updated the site's general messaging and added a new services page—while keeping assessment as the central focus. Most recently, Liliya wanted the website to more clearly reflect the depth, thoughtfulness, and quality of care that set her practice apart. To help with this, we created a new “Why Us” page that outlines their approach and philosophy in a compelling, client-friendly way. With all these updates, we also reorganized the navigation to maintain a smooth user experience, even as the site grew.
To make booking consultations and scheduling appointments easier and more seamless, we also installed popup scheduling widgets that connect directly to her CRM. This not only streamlines the intake process but also keeps users engaged on the site longer.
This project is a great example of how a website can evolve alongside your practice. We didn’t tackle everything at once—we made thoughtful, strategic updates over time, always working within Liliya’s budget and vision as her business continued to grow.
