Graphic design services are for current clients only – not publicly advertised
✨About the Role ✨
We’re seeking a freelance graphic designer to collaborate on an as-needed basis for current web design clients who request additional branding or print materials. This is a project-based, flexible contract role—ideal for an independent designer who enjoys thoughtful creative work without the need for client acquisition or marketing.
Typical design projects include logos, business cards, social media graphics, and one-pagers or flyers. This role is open only to existing clients as of Summer 2025, with plans to expand and market design services more broadly starting in 2026.
Client Communication Structure: We keep things flexible: clients can choose to communicate primarily through their project manager or work directly with both the graphic designer and project manager, depending on their preferences. Internal coordination and timelines will always be managed and supported by the team.
Compensation: This will be discussed and agreed upon per project. If you’re an independent contractor with your own business, you’ll have more flexibility to set your own rate. If you’re a student or someone looking to build your portfolio or pick up part-time work on the side, the range we’d likely consider is $20–45/hr.
✨ Ideal Candidate Traits ✨
Independent designer with a strong portfolio
Proficient in professional design software such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Comfortable working in client-accessible platforms like Canva
Skilled at creating logos and branded marketing materials
Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and clients
Values inclusive, accessible design principles
Experience working with therapists, wellness brands, healthcare clinics, or other heart-centered businesses
